History
CPS Coatings, founded in 1973, is a leader in protective coatings, supplying engineered coating systems for every industry. We believe our position of leadership in the protective coating field is most demonstrable through our expertise in research and development and superior technical servicing plus a highly trained, region-wide organization of top quality representatives.
By combining the above ingredients with a complete selection of generic type coatings and engineering approach to problem solving, CPS protection manifests itself as a direct means of lowering maintenance painting costs as well as providing maximum service life in new construction projects.
Research and Development
CPS has a large R&D department devoted to corrosion-resistant protective coatings. Many significant product “firsts” have been released from our laboratory demonstrating its capability to stay not abreast, but ahead of rapidly changing coatings’ technology.
Technical Servicing
The ability to supply meaningful servicing backup to customers throughout the area assures maximum long-term protection. Servicing starts with experienced counseling and continues during and after completion of the job.
Manufacturing
The highest quality raw materials and production techniques are used in the manufacture of CPS products. Batches are carefully checked and meet stringent quality control standards. Stocking distributors are strategically located throughout the south.
Marketing
Technically trained sales representatives are situated in many major cities. They co-ordinate every phase of a coatings project with the design firm, owner, fabricator, applicator and CPS corporate headquarters.
